網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)世界天然氣網(wǎng)7月14日消息 韓國(guó)天然氣公司(Kogas)和5家同胞公司正聯(lián)手在韓國(guó)成立一家液化天然氣加注合資企業(yè)。
這五家韓國(guó)公司包括釜山港公司、鋼鐵制造商浦項(xiàng)制鐵、煉油商S-Oil、大宇物流和唯識(shí)株式會(huì)社。
據(jù)液化天然氣采購(gòu)巨頭韓國(guó)天然氣稱,財(cái)團(tuán)周二簽署了一項(xiàng)合作協(xié)議,并計(jì)劃在10月前建立合資企業(yè)。
該合資企業(yè)的主要目標(biāo)是在全國(guó)推廣液化天然氣加油業(yè)務(wù),并應(yīng)對(duì)更嚴(yán)格的航運(yùn)排放法規(guī)。
通過(guò)合資公司,韓國(guó)天然氣計(jì)劃為船舶供應(yīng)136萬(wàn)噸液化天然氣,并在2030年實(shí)現(xiàn)約1萬(wàn)億韓元(8.3億美元)的銷售額。
這家液化天然氣進(jìn)口巨頭的目標(biāo)是擴(kuò)大該國(guó)主要港口的加油站網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
韓國(guó)天然氣表示,它正計(jì)劃確保幾艘液化天然氣加油船供應(yīng)燃料。
據(jù)介紹,這家韓國(guó)公司計(jì)劃在東海和南海部署兩艘液化天然氣加注船,在西海部署一艘。
這些計(jì)劃還包括在當(dāng)津建立一個(gè)液化天然氣運(yùn)輸設(shè)施。
韓國(guó)天然氣公司表示,成立合資企業(yè)不僅是為了應(yīng)對(duì)近期海洋環(huán)境監(jiān)管的收緊。
這也使液化天然氣成為韓國(guó)的主要航運(yùn)燃料,韓國(guó)已經(jīng)是造船和航運(yùn)強(qiáng)國(guó)。
與此同時(shí),韓國(guó)海洋與漁業(yè)部加強(qiáng)了該國(guó)6個(gè)主要港口的限硫規(guī)定。
該部還支持液化天然氣作為燃料,并曾支持燃料加注的發(fā)展。
其中包括沿海用小型加油船,作為液化天然氣動(dòng)力船舶服務(wù)新項(xiàng)目的一部分。

Kogas, partners to form Korean LNG bunkering JV
South Korea’s Kogas and five compatriots are joining forces to set up a LNG bunkering joint venture in the country.
The other Korean companies are Busan Port Corp, steel-maker Posco, refiner S-Oil, Daewoo Logistics, and shipper Hyundai Glovis.
The partners signed a collaboration deal on Tuesday and plan to establish the venture by October, according to LNG buying giant Kogas.
The main goals of the venture is promoting LNG bunkering business across the country and to respond to stricter regulations on shipping emissions.
Through the JV, Kogas plans to supply 1.36 million tons of LNG for ships and achieve sales of about 1 trillion won ($830 million) by 2030.
The LNG importing giant aims to expand the network of filling stations in major ports accord the country.
Kogas says it is planning to secure several LNG bunkering vessels to supply the fuel.
The Korean company plans two LNG bunkering ships in the East Sea and the South Sea, and one vessel in the West Sea, it said.
The plans also includes one LNG shipping facility in Dangjin.
Kogas said the creation of the venture would not only respond to the recent tightening of marine environment regulations.
It also enables LNG to become a major shipping fuel in Korea, which is already a shipbuilding and shipping powerhouse.
Meanwhile, Korea’s Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has strengthened sulphur-limiting regulations in six major ports in the country.
The ministry is also supporting LNG as fuel and has previously backed bunkering developments.
These include the small bunkering vessel for coastal use as part of a new project to serve LNG-powered ships.
