中國石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)道瓊斯5月19日消息，駐新加坡的交易商們表示，本月初美國從其墨西哥灣海岸地區(qū)再出口加拿大原油至歐洲市場，這標(biāo)志著北美原油開始出口到北美以外的市場。

此前，圍繞美國將解除其原油出口的禁令的討論升溫，加拿大一直受其出口基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施瓶頸制約。

然而，交易商們表示美國墨西哥灣原油再出口到亞洲是不太可能，因?yàn)檫\(yùn)輸成本高企。

本月初JBC能源公司表示預(yù)計(jì)途徑美國墨西哥灣再出口加拿大原油是不會持續(xù)長久的，而且出口數(shù)量可能僅限于每日10萬桶下方水平。

DJ U.S. Re-Exports Canadian Crude to Europe

[Dow Jones] North American crude oil is starting to make its way out of the continent, with the U.S. re-exporting Canadian crude from its Gulf Coast region to Europe earlier this month, Singapore-based traders say.

This comes amid intense debate over the U.S. ban of exports of its own crude, while Canada struggles with its export infrastructure.

However, traders say it is unlikely that U.S. Gulf crude re-exports will move to Asia yet due to high transport costs.
